We are delighted that, despite the situation regarding corona, we can offer everyone aged 16 and older a safe and unforgettable outing! However, we’re in this together to make this outing run safely. Below you will find our most important FAQs.
A maximum of 6 people from the same household may participate in our escape rooms. If all participants do not come from the same household, we will keep a maximum of 4 people.
It is recommended, but not mandatory to wear a mouth mask. Our staff will wear a mouth mask anyway.
Upon entry, prior to and after the escape (attempt), we ask our visitors to disinfect their hands. In our lounge, the teams keep 1.5 meters distance from other teams.
Stay at home in case of illness (symptoms).
Our lounge and our rooms are cleaned extra well.
If you want to cancel one or more appointments, we offer you the option to reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. In case of cancellation outside this period, this option will lapse and the full entrance fee will be charged. We charge € 20 for a refund (per booked room). Cancellations are handled by email only: cancel@escaperoom.nl
If the rules of our government change so that we have to cancel groups, you will receive a voucher from us.
